Private Consultations with Mark Ansara

Mark Ansara offers a private discussion with a client in which he would examine the person's diet and lifestyle in depth and make specific recommendations regarding how that person can begin to improve his/her life. It is usually preceded by a submission of two intake forms that he uses for that purpose (a medical history and a diet profile).

In-Depth Consultation, By Appointment

Impromptu Consultation, By Appointment

The in-depth consultation would usually last for about two hours, (or longer if a person has questions) during which he would begin to educate the individual about a healthy diet and lifestyle, which is customized for that particular individual.

The usual fee for a consultation is $45.00 CAD for the Initial Consultation and $30.00 CAD for a Followup, which is highly recommended. The Followup Consultation is scheduled for at least 2 weeks later usually, and would assess the individual's progress during the elapsed time and answer any questions that may arise.

The impromptu consultation would require Mark asking several probing questions and would take much less time than an In-Depth Consultation.

The Impromptu Consultation would be more informal and costs $20.00 CAD.

A consultation also usually involves his giving several educational articles and recommending some good books on health for that individual to read.
